23XI Recognized at the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Awards

Tyler Reddick receives the National Series Driver Award at NASCAR Drive for Diversity.

For the third consecutive year, the 23XI Racing family was recognized at the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Awards for living out our mission and values as they pertain to making motorsports more diverse, equitable and inclusive. Tyler Reddick was recognized with the National Driver Award and Keurig Dr Pepper was recognized with the Partner Award. In 2022, Bubba Wallace was recognized with the driver award, and last year 23XI was recognized with the team award.

This year, Tyler Reddick was recognized with the National Driver Award for his work to promote dialogue on social justice as an integral part of NASCAR’s diversity and inclusion work with its drivers. Tyler also leveraged moments at track during the year to engage with unique and diverse audiences through collaborations with Jordan Brand Wings Scholars and J. Balvin, to name a few. Each collaboration provided authentic moments to share NASCAR with new and diverse audiences.

A founding partner at 23XI, Keurig Dr Pepper was presented with the Partner Award for their commitment to NASCAR diversity, equity & inclusion goals through the Dr Pepper 23XI SPEED Institute Tuition Program, which began in 2021. The alliance between Dr Pepper and 23XI Racing has resulted in vital financial support by awarding 23 deserving students from underrepresented groups with $5,000 each in tuition assistance. The program has also provided the opportunity for several students to gain work experience in motorsports through internships at 23XI. This recognition of Dr Pepper is a testament to the power of collaboration and the impactful work that is being done through the SPEED Institute.
